Digital Signboard Ad Request and Policy
Are you interested in having your graphic displayed on the Pilot Point Coffee House's digital signboard?
Excellent idea! The digital signboard is seen by an average of over 1000 guests each week and is a fantastic way to promote your event or business.
The digital signboard is sponsored and ran by Dog Gone Marketing. Please read the policy for submitting your graphics, and then use the form located below to submit your graphic request.
- Graphics must be family friendly. Dog Gone Marketing has the right to refuse any graphic it deems inappropriate.
- There is no charge for graphics advertising free public events in Pilot Point, TX. These free event graphics must have a clear end date, and may be placed on the signboard as early as 30 days before the event takes place. Ticketed events are not considered free public events.
- For paid advertisements, payment must be made in full before the graphic will be placed. A Digital Invoice will be emailed by Dog Gone Marketing, and may be paid via check or online with a card.
- Dog Gone Marketing offers graphic design free of charge if you do not wish to design your own. All submitted graphics must be 1920 x 1080 jpg or png and less than 10mb in size.
- Non-Profits located in Pilot Point, TX may be eligible to post their ads for free.
- The signboard runs every day during normal business operations. Your ad will display in normal rotation for 23 seconds at a time. Exception: During Karaoke Nights (7pm-10pm Saturdays) the board converts to a karaoke lyrics display.
- Dog Gone Marketing makes no claims or guarantees to the effectiveness of your ad and offers no warranty or refunds. Dog Gone Marketing is not responsible for liability if a submitted graphic contains unlicensed images.
